You said: There is not healthy

Correct: That is not healthy.

You said: It's too expensive, I don't know how much it is.

Better way to say: That's too expensive, I have no idea how much it is.

You said: I don't like to eat out everyday.

Better way to say: I don't like eating out everyday.
